Eva Oney is a lighting designer, programmer, and pre-visualization artist originally from Chicago. She is a 2024 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where she earned her BFA in lighting design.
Her designs explore the use of bold colors as a tool to create dynamic and visually intriguing stage images. She finds lighting design to be a compelling combination of technology and art, and is excited by technological advancements being made in the entertainment industry.
She is interested in concert lighting and programming, and is seeking new opportunities as well as new cities to relocate to. Her skills include EOS, MA2, MA3, and Hog 4 programming, as well as Vectorworks drafting and Depence R3 visualization.
